Mundo Imperial is proud to be the first Mexican hotel chain to obtain the Queer Destinations Committed distinction for all its hotels.
The Queer Destinations Committed distinction is an internationally recognized standard by The International LGBTQ+ Travel Association (IGLTA) and the Federal Ministry of Tourism with the purpose of helping companies and destinations in the tourism sector to prepare themselves to receive the LGBTQ+ segment in an optimal manner.
The awarding of the Queer Destinations distinction to all Mundo Imperial properties shows their commitment to the LGBTQ+ segment and positions them once again as the spearhead of a strategy that seeks to turn Riviera Diamante Acapulco, Mérida and Celestún into wellness and inclusive destinations for all types of tourists.
